In order to consistently achieve "superior" quality we have found that the responsibility and authority for such quality needs to be shared throughout our organization. All DMP employees have the responsibility to identify any product and process quality problems, and initiate appropriate corrective action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity. In addition, any DMP employee has the organizational freedom and authority to initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established operational procedures.

Our managers have the responsibility for ensuring that all processes are effectively deployed, understood, and controlled. This is accomplished through the implementation of regular process and procedural audits and the on-going training of our employees.

DeVincenzi Metal Products supports the Quality Policy of continuous improvement through employee involvement by involving DeVincenzi Metal Products personnel, customers and our suppliers in the quality process. This teamwork establishes long term working relationships with the same common goals: delivery of defect free product, on time, at the lowest overall cost.
